Lucky Boom

This Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy (the "Policy") sets out the obligations and procedures applied by Lucky Boom (operated at decogreens-kunstplanten.nl by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company incorporated in Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority) to prevent money laundering, the financing of terrorism and related financial crime. All players, transactions and accounts at decogreens-kunstplanten.nl are subject to this Policy. By registering and using the services, the player confirms having read, understood and accepted it.

1. Legal basis and purpose

Lucky Boom operates under a licence granted by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. In accordance with internationally recognised AML/CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) standards and the conditions of the licence, proportionate controls must be applied to detect, prevent and report activity that may amount to money laundering or terrorist financing.

The purposes of this Policy are to:

The Policy applies to all employees, contractors and third-party service providers acting on behalf of Lucky Boom and to all registered players at decogreens-kunstplanten.nl.

2. Terms used

3. Risk-based approach

Lucky Boom follows a risk-based approach: the risk associated with each player and each transaction is assessed, and controls proportionate to that risk are applied. Not every player is subject to the same scrutiny, but every player undergoes at least standard CDD before a withdrawal is approved.

The factors considered include, without limitation:

Where risk indicators are elevated, EDD is applied and further documents may be requested before any withdrawal is processed or services are continued.

4. Customer due diligence: standard KYC

4.1 When KYC is triggered

Identity documents may be requested at any time after registration, and full KYC is always required before a withdrawal is approved. Players are encouraged to complete verification early to avoid delay. KYC may also be triggered by:

4.2 Standard identity documents

To satisfy standard CDD every player must provide:

4.3 Selfie and liveness verification

In certain circumstances a selfie taken with the identity document, or a liveness check in our verification system, may be requested, to confirm that the person submitting the documents is the person pictured on the ID and the registered account holder.

4.4 Submission of documents

KYC documents should be submitted through the account profile or by email to support@decogreens-kunstplanten.nl. The 24/7 live chat team can guide players through the process in real time. Documents must be legible, unaltered and complete, and documents that appear manipulated, cropped or tampered with may be rejected.

4.5 Outcome and timeline

Standard KYC submissions are processed promptly. Where documents are complete and satisfactory, verification is normally completed within the published payout approval window of two business days. If additional information is required the team will contact the player directly. While a verification review is open, withdrawals are held until KYC has been completed satisfactorily.

5. Enhanced due diligence

Where a player or transaction is assessed as higher risk, EDD is applied. It is a regulatory and legal obligation and not a penalty. In addition to standard CDD, EDD may require one or more of the following:

5.1 Source of funds (SOF)

The player may be asked to demonstrate where the funds used for gambling originated. Acceptable evidence includes, without limitation:

5.2 Source of wealth (SOW)

Where transaction volumes are very high, or the overall wealth of the player warrants examination, Source of Wealth documents may be requested. This is broader than SOF and seeks to understand how the player accumulated their assets, not merely where the deposited funds came from.

5.3 PEP and sanctions screening

All players are screened against recognised PEP lists and international sanctions databases at registration and continuously thereafter. A player identified as a PEP, or matching a sanctions list, is automatically subject to EDD. Lucky Boom may decline to open, or may close, the account of any person who appears on a sanctions list or presents an unacceptable level of risk as a PEP.

5.4 Monitoring of high-value players

Players who use the High Roller Bonus (deposits of €500 or more), or who approach the weekly withdrawal cap of €20,000 or the monthly cap of €50,000 for non-jackpot wins, are subject to enhanced transaction monitoring. Where jackpot winnings, which fall outside the standard monthly cap, are involved, additional source-of-funds verification may be required before full payout.

6. Ongoing monitoring

KYC is not a one-time event. All accounts are monitored continuously throughout the relationship, including by:

Where monitoring reveals activity inconsistent with a player's profile, or giving rise to suspicion, the account is escalated for internal review, and withdrawals or continued play may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.

7. Suspicious activity and reporting

7.1 Internal reporting

Any member of the compliance or operations team who identifies or suspects money laundering, terrorist financing or related crime must report it immediately to the MLRO under the internal SAR procedure. The MLRO assesses the report, determines whether grounds for suspicion are established and decides whether an external disclosure is required.

7.2 External disclosure

Where the MLRO determines that reasonable grounds for suspicion exist, an external report is made to the appropriate financial intelligence unit or regulatory body as required by the Anjouan licence and applicable international standards, without notifying the player concerned (the "tipping-off" prohibition).

7.3 Prohibition of tipping off

Tipping off is strictly prohibited. No employee, contractor or representative may inform a player or third party that they are the subject of a SAR or an AML investigation; a breach is a serious disciplinary matter and may be a criminal offence.

7.4 Red flags

The following are examples of activity that may lead to an internal review or a SAR; the list is illustrative and not exhaustive:

8. Third-party payments

Deposits from, and withdrawals to, payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder are not accepted. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder, and withdrawals are returned to the method used for the deposit wherever possible.

Where the name of the account holder does not match that of the payment method, Proof of Banking Option documents are requested before any transaction is processed. Persistent use of third-party payment methods, or failure to explain it satisfactorily, may result in suspension of the account and escalation to the MLRO.

9. Record keeping

All KYC documents, transaction records, account activity logs and SAR-related records are retained for at least five years from the date of the last transaction on the account, or for longer where the licence conditions or the law require. Records are stored securely and are available to the MLRO and the compliance team for audit and reporting.

Documents and personal data collected for KYC are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Only what is necessary is collected, it is kept only as long as required and it is used solely for compliance, fraud prevention and the provision of the services.

10. Obligations of the player

By registering an account at decogreens-kunstplanten.nl, the player confirms and warrants that:

11. Consequences of non-compliance

Where a player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable period, or where an account is judged to pose an unacceptable AML or fraud risk, Lucky Boom may take any or all of the following steps:

Lucky Boom acts in good faith in all such determinations and, where possible, gives the player an opportunity to resolve a documentation issue before taking irreversible action. Where a legal obligation to act exists, such as a confirmed sanctions match, action may be taken immediately and without prior notice.

12. Responsible gambling and AML

The AML and responsible gambling frameworks operate in parallel. Where monitoring identifies behaviour that may indicate problem gambling, such as escalating deposit frequency, large deposits followed by distressed withdrawal requests, or patterns suggesting that a player is gambling beyond their means, the observations are shared with the responsible gambling team. Conversely, responsible gambling indicators may prompt an AML review, for example where a player claims to be unable to afford losses while making high-value deposits.

Players who wish to set limits, take a break or seek help with gambling-related issues may contact the 24/7 support team by live chat or at support@decogreens-kunstplanten.nl at any time.

13. Training

All employees and contractors who handle player accounts, transactions or compliance functions receive AML and KYC training appropriate to their role, covering the recognition of suspicious activity, internal reporting, the prohibition of tipping off and the requirements of this Policy. Training is given on joining and refreshed regularly to reflect changes in regulatory guidance or internal procedures.

14. Review of the Policy

The compliance function reviews this Policy at least annually, and more frequently where changes to the licence conditions, the law or the risk environment require. The current version is published at decogreens-kunstplanten.nl and supersedes all earlier versions; players are encouraged to consult this page periodically.
